Do you offer one-time cleanings?
No. We only offer monthly service, not one-time or à la carte visits. We set your visits with you based on what your spa needs.
Do I need to provide water and power?
Yes. You provide water and power for refills. That’s why the quote form asks whether there’s a water spigot near your spa.
How does billing work?
We invoice your first visit. After that, each visit is charged automatically to the card on file, and you get a receipt every time.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Give us 24 hours’ notice. With less notice there’s a trip fee of half the visit price: $30 for a regular clean, $50 for a drain & refill. There’s no long-term contract. To stop service, give us 7 days’ notice. Call (775) 835-4050.
